I booked a flight for two people, and it said the baggage is included. However, I couldn't find any detail after completing the payment about the baggage.
And the confirmation Email said that we have 0x baggage allowance. This gave us a lot of concern about it. Please provide further detail and confirm this to ensure us.
Second thing, I cannot download the receipt as it was broken (text is illegible), and failed to download the file.
So please send me the receipt as soon as possible.
Third, it was so difficult to find contact detail for customer support. The flight information detail was not shown the full detail that I could check.
Preferred solution: Flight information and receipt.

Two return flights cancelled. In their terms and conditions Travel2be contract to contact customer if there are cancellations or changes to your flight this did not happen.
No customer service available. Left stranded in Port Elizabeth S.A. Flight BA6248 on 3/01/23 had been cancelled. No alternative flight given.
No contact from Travel2be. Unable to access any form of customer service. Connecting flight TK41 Johannesburg to Istanbul also cancelled. No contact from Travel2be despite their terms and conditions clearly stating that you will be notified.
Still unable to make any contact with them. No alternative flights available. Tried Mytrip who now cannot recognise my email address and informs that they do not have my booking. Sent several e-mails not one reply.
additional extras automatically applied. . This trip has cost me over 2,400 euros as I had to book new flights.
This id for one person. I could have booked this flight for 800 euro if I flew with a reputable Company.

User's recommendation: Avoid as this company operates under its own corrupt principles. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Please do not book with them. Use a reputable Company. They are more expensive than most Agencies. You will find this out when you reach payment.
